All Public Holidays are to be observed as may be directed by the Federal/State Governments.
All Public and Private Schools are to adhere strictly to the School Calendar.
Contravention of the School Calendar attracts penalty.
Schools operating International Curricula that wish to adopt academic dates outside the approved 2026/2027 academic calendar shall apply for calendar flexibility in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
The Calendar Flexibility Application Form is obtainable from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
